Terms of Service: Bee-Laced LTD

Welcome to Bee-Laced LTD. By browsing our collection or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Authenticity & Condition

  • Guaranteed Authenticity: Bee-Laced LTD specializes in collector footwear. Every pair is rigorously inspected. We guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic.

  • Condition Grading: We sell both "Deadstock" (brand new) and "Pre-owned" items. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all provided high-resolution photos and descriptions before purchase.

  • Vintage Disclaimer: For items older than 10 years, we cannot guarantee structural integrity for wear. These are sold as collector’s pieces; "wear at your own risk."

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Market Pricing: Due to the nature of the collector market, prices are subject to change without notice based on current market value.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards, Klarna & Clearpay. Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Location: We operate out of Kirkcaldy, Fife. Local pickup may be arranged by appointment only.

  • Dispatch: All items are shipped via tracked and insured "Signature Required" services to protect against loss or theft.

  • Address Accuracy: Bee-Laced LTD is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Final: Due to the volatility of the sneaker market and the risk of "swap-backs," all sales are final unless an item is proven to be significantly not as described.

  • Returns Policy: In the rare event a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent, including all original packaging, tags, and extra laces.

  • Restocking Fee: Authorized returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bee-Laced LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
